The North American Gamebird Association cordially invites you to exhibit your company and products at our 87th NAGA Educational Conference and Convention, January 14-16, 2019 in Savannah, Georgia at The DeSoto Hotel.
We expect a large turnout at the 2019 convention. An informative agenda promises to make this an event you won’t want to miss! If you can’t make it this year, please consider being a Sponsor for one of meals, or providing general Sponsorship.

EXHIBIT BOOTHS
All booth spaces will be 8’ x 10’. A few double and triple spaces will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The booths will be piped and draped. All booths are also furnished with a 6’ table, two chairs, and a booth ID sign with your company name. Electrical hook up will be available for an additional charge and coordinated through the decorating company.

EXHIBIT FLOOR SECURITY
Standard hotel security will be provided during show hours. It is advisable that no cash, checks, or other valuables be left unattended in your booth at any time. The North American Gamebird Association, Inc. will not be liable for any lost or stolen exhibitor property.
CONVENTION SPONSORSHIP
Don’t miss out on another marketing opportunity! NAGA is also looking for Convention Sponsors to help cover the cost of the Welcome Reception, held January 14, 2019, daily breaks and meals. The Welcome Reception is a great opportunity to introduce yourself to new attendees and invite them to stop by your booth. You can also catch up with friends from the last convention and update them on your new products. If you become a Convention Sponsor, you will also be given the opportunity to address all attendees during the group lunches and receive a free ¼ page in the Convention Proceedings Book. Convention Sponsorship starts at $1,000.00. Consider being a lunch Sponsor at $2,000.00 (limit 4 spots).

We are also seeking donations for auction items. Any products or gift certificates you could donate would be greatly appreciated.
